L’Atelier Du Vin – On/Off Wine Keeper

Wine goes through quite a journey during its life. From the vineyard to

you pour in to your wineglass is the result of hard work, dedication,
and wine education.

It’s these practices that, since 1926, have inspired L’Atelier du Vin to
create their boutique of wine-complementing products. From opening to
pouring to preserving and storing, L’Atelier du Vin can look after a
bottle of wine from the cellar to the glass, with design and
functionality to enhance the pleasure of wine-drinking.

A lot of effort has gone in to preserving half-finished bottles of
champagne and sparkling wine…but what about other types of wine? Both
red wines and white wines are still susceptible to the effects of
oxydation – but the On/Off Metal Wine Keeper can put a stop to it!

This Wine Keeper uses the combination of a powerful seal and a colour
indicator system, fitted to the On/Off’s sealer, which allows you to
tell immediately whether or not your opened bottle is projected from the
air. The red band upon the seal will disappear once your wine is
properly preserved against the affects of air, meaning that your wine
will last longer, to be enjoyed on another day.

On/Off Wine Keeper features:

• Works as a vacuum to seal wine against the effects of
  oxydation; the red indicator will disappear once the correct amount of
  air has been extracted.
